How does a custom design work?
Describe your idea, upload photos or inspiration and choose a design level. After payment our designer prepares a preview in your account. You approve it or ask for changes — we only print after you approve.
Can I change the name on a ready-made design?
Yes — designs marked “Add your name” have a personalisation field on the product page. The text is printed exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling.
What is DTF printing?
DTF (direct-to-film) printing transfers a full-colour print onto the fabric with heat. It gives bright colours, fine detail and a soft, flexible finish that works on cotton, polyester and blends.
How should I wash my printed clothing?
Turn it inside out, wash at 30°C, don't tumble dry on high heat and don't iron directly on the print. That keeps the print looking new for longer.
How long will my order take?
Every item is printed to order. See Delivery information for dispatch times. For custom designs, printing starts once you approve your design.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised and custom-made items can't be returned for change of mind, but if anything is faulty or misprinted we'll put it right. See Returns.
Do you do orders for teams, events or businesses?
Yes! Send us a message with what you need and how many, and we'll come back with a quote.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely by Stripe.
